2. Research-stage website only

MonkFlows is exploring a potential platform for access to real-world-asset investments, with a global vision and initial validation in Argentina. The website and survey are provided only for general information, product development, and market research. Features, structures, asset categories, timing, and availability may change or may never launch. People anywhere may respond. The first asset class has not been finalized, and any future offering would depend on jurisdiction, regulation, investor eligibility, and the eventual product structure.

3. No investment, legal, tax, or financial advice

4. Permitted use

You may use the site only lawfully and for its intended informational purpose. You may not:

• interfere with, probe, overload, or attempt to bypass site security;
• submit false information, impersonate another person, or automate survey responses;
• scrape, copy, or exploit content except as permitted by law;
• introduce malicious code or use the site to violate another person’s rights; or
• represent that MonkFlows has approved, endorsed, or entered into a relationship with you.

5. Survey submissions and feedback

You retain rights in original feedback you submit. You give MonkFlows a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, analyze, reproduce, and adapt non-confidential survey responses and feedback to research, design, and improve its business and products. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or unlawful material.

6. Intellectual property

The site, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by MonkFlows or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.

7. Third-party services and links

The site relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MonkFlows does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” MonkFlows disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that any concept described will be launched or approved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonkFlows and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or reliance losses arising from the site. MonkFlows’ aggregate liability relating to the site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes, suspension, and governing law

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the site and may revise these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Investment & Regulatory Disclaimer form the entire agreement concerning this research-stage website.
